We now have an opening for Business Systems Analyst with Requisite Pro and Agile experience, and at this time, we cannot work with any subcontractors or subcontracting firms.The selected candidate will be responsible for deliverables and activities as a Requirements Analyst. He or she will join the existing team to elicit and document detailed requirements for our client’s public sector retirement plans administrative system. The development for this system uses an Agile approach.

Sr. Functional Analyst

Location:  The Ohio State University Columbus, OH

Description
The Office of the Chief Information Officer at The Ohio State University is currently seeking Sr. Functional Analysts to fill multiple opportunities. The Sr. Functional Analyst will be responsible for requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing and implementation of technical solutions within the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system. He/she will be responsible for acting as a liaison with business offices and Office of the Chief Information Officer technical staff to turn business requirements into PeopleSoft technical solutions. He/She will also be responsible for documenting requirements, designs and testing results and working with the business office to validate and approve these deliverables. He/She will be required to provide leadership to the business offices on potential solutions to enable an effective decision making process and will be required to work with a variety of subject matter experts and technical developers in team situations to develop creative ways to solve business needs. He/She will be required to lead efforts of large scope and to manage a high level of conflict resolution. He/She will be required to identify, analyze and address problems using a wide range of analysis and solution strategies, with an emphasis on innovative solutions and to be able to lead teams in these efforts. This position is part of the Semesters Calendar Conversion initiative and expected to last two years.

Qualifications
To qualify for these opportunities you will need: • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Management Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent work experience • 10 – 15 years ERP implementation, upgrade or support experience • Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing and implementation of ERP technical solutions on large scale projects • Experience working with technical teams to develop and deliver ERP technical solutions • Experience documenting requirements, detailed designs and testing results. • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience and business concepts to technical audiences • Strong analytical skills • Demonstrated business analyst skills on multiple implementations or upgrades within multiple organizations
