Governance The Columbus Ohio Chapter of the IIBA® is governed by a Board of Directors. Board of Directors President: Brian Watson, CBAP Secretary: Belinda Honigfort, CBAP Treasurer: Roger Lady, CBAP Vice President – Education: Brian Watson, CBAP Vice President – Communications & Marketing: Heather Davidson, CBAP Position Descriptions President The President is the chief executive officer for the Chapter and of the Board, and shall provide leadership and direction in pursuit of the Chapter’s stated objectives. The President also performs such duties as are customary for presiding officers and serves as a member ex-officer with the right to vote on all committees. Secretary The Secretary is the chief information officer for the Chapter and the Board and shall be responsible for the facilitation of information among chapter members and the IIBA®. Treasurer The Treasurer is the chief financial officer for the Chapter and the Board and shall be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial affairs of the Chapter. Vice President - Education The Vice President for Education is responsible for the Chapter's professional development programs designed to increase the competence of the business analysis community. Vice President - Communications & Marketing The Vice President for Communications & Marketing is responsible for promoting the local Chapter and IIBA® via internal and external publications and events. |
